We distribute hearing aids at York ENT Associates because we feel it is an integral part of a full service Otolaryngology practice. We always have a doctor and an audiologist/hearing instrument specialist available if problems with your ear health or changes in your hearing occurs. We work as a team to give our patients complete hearing healthcare.

Both digital and analog aids are available at York ENT Associates. You are given a 30 day trial period and a one year warranty for repair/loss/damage.

At present we dispense aids/molds from Oticon, Phonak, and Westone. We service and repair all makes of hearing aids thru the Starkey All-Make Lab. Swim molds, noise protection molds, cell phone molds, musician's earplugs and other specialty molds are also available.

Ask us about assistive devices such as amplified phones, vibrating alarm clocks and television amplifiers. We will be happy to help you find whatever it is you may need to assist you.

To obtain a hearing aid from this office please call (717)843-9089 and schedule an appointment with one of our physicians. You will first need an ear exam by the physician and a hearing test with our audiologist to determine if you are a candidate for a hearing aid.

If you are a candidate for an aid, you will then make an appointment with our audiologist/hearing instrument specialist to determine which type of aid will best fit your hearing needs. At that time an impression of your ear will be made for a custom mold. In approximately two weeks you will be fitted with your aid, adjustments will be made, as well as lessons on inserting the aid, changing the batteries, cleaning the aid, and use of any additional features on your aid. You will return in one to two weeks for any further adjustments that may be needed. We may need to have you come back several times for adjustments to ensure the aid is performing as well as it can for you. This additional service is all included in the price of the aid.
